Senior Arts Policy and Program Advisor

Under the general direction of the Associate Director, the Senior Arts Policy and Program Advisor is the authoritative expert on theatre and program development for the BC Arts Council (Council). The Senior Advisor manages Council funding programs to assist professional theatre in B.C. and conducts policy research and analysis to provide authoritative advice to senior management on a broad range of provincial policy and program initiatives. The position represents the Branch and the Ministry in consultations with stakeholders and acts as a change agent to guide the implementation of provincial program modifications.
