The BC Arts Council requires grant recipients to submit a final report on their activities within 30 days of the completion of the project, based on the submitted project end date.

Applicants with overdue final reports are ineligible to apply to BC Arts Council project assistance and individual arts awards programs

For projects that are currently in process and likely to run beyond the original proposed end date, please provide an update to your program advisor to ensure eligibility for future grant competitions.

Final reports are not required for scholarship or operating assistance programs.

If your original application for funding was through the online application system

Complete and submit your final report online through the system. Online final report forms are provided through the system at the time results are released.

If your original application for funding was through our former paper-based application system

The form for your outstanding final report is now available in our online system. To access your final report, log into your account and scroll to the bottom of your homepage. Your outstanding final report(s) will be listed in the section ‘Pending Reports’. If you do not already have a profile in our system, complete the registration process and your outstanding final report(s) will be assigned to you.

Please note that the old final report templates and reports submitted by email or mail, will no longer be accepted.

If you haven’t completed the final report for a paper-based application and can’t find it on your online profile, please contact our staff at BCArtsCouncil@gov.bc.ca.

Interim Reports

For organizations receiving operating assistance or enhanced capacity with an extended cycle, interim reports have been replaced with a new interim application process. These applications will be available to you in advance of the deadline through our new online application system.
