Some individuals using our our new online application system have encountered issues when attempting to upload their CV or images in the supporting materials section.
This could be the result of two problems. Either the file size is too large (over 2 GB), or they are using an unsupported browser.
All of the most recent versions of the main browser types are supported (Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Firefox); however, older versions may not work. This has been noted particularly for users with older versions of Safari.
The solution is to update your browser to the most recent version. Or, if necessary, you could try uploading from a different browser type.
